What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing is for hard surfaces like concrete; we use it with a rotary surface cleaner on driveways and sidewalks. Soft washing uses lower pressure with cleaning solutions to remove algae, mildew and moss from delicate surfaces like roofs, siding and stucco without forcing water behind them or stripping paint.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for plants and pets?
Yes. We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable cleaning agents, and we pre-soak and rinse surrounding plants so your landscaping and pets stay safe during and after the job.
How often should I have my property cleaned?
For most homes in our area, once a year. Properties with heavy tree cover or a lot of humidity may need it twice a year. Busy storefronts, walkways and trash cans do best on a monthly or quarterly plan.
Will cleaning fix cracks or damaged concrete?
No. We're a cleaning company: we remove dirt, mold, mildew, algae and grime. We don't repair, resurface or seal surfaces.
Will every stain come out?
Organic growth and everyday grime almost always come up. Some deep oil or rust stains lighten rather than disappear completely. Send photos and we'll tell you what to expect before we start.
How do you price a job?
